You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Content generated by the Service (briefings, presentations, analyses) is provided for your use. You retain ownership of your input data. InfoMuck retains rights to the Service, its software, and its design.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content produced by InfoMuck is generated using artificial intelligence and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important decisions. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always verify critical information through independent sources.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

InfoMuck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Account Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
