We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), pipeline configurations, and usage data. We also collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and access times for security and analytics.

- To generate briefings and intelligence reports based on your configurations
- To send service-related communications (delivery emails, notifications)
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party AI Providers
InfoMuck uses third-party AI services (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, xAI) to process research queries and generate content. Your pipeline topics and research queries are sent to these providers for processing. We do not send your personal account information to AI providers.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices. Passwords are hashed using secure one-way algorithms.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may export your data or delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Email Communications
We send transactional emails (briefing deliveries, password resets, verification). You can unsubscribe from briefing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or from your Account Settings.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form for service improvement.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data (via Account Profile and Data Export)
- Correct inaccurate data (via Account Settings)
- Delete your account and data (via Account Settings)
- Opt out of email notifications (via unsubscribe link or Settings)
- Export your data in machine-readable format (JSON)
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
